One day as I was picking up a friend near Lois the Pie Queen, I was awestruck by one of the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen. I took way too many photos and it was so fun to use one of them for this sweet piece. This iconic breakfast spot matched the stunning colors in the darkening sky.
